We are looking for an energetic, results-driven HR Leader to lead HR processes and help shape the people and culture strategy as we continue to scale.
Role Overview:
As the HR Leader, you will play a key role in shaping and nurturing the organization's most valuable asset - its people. You will oversee all aspects of HR operations, from talent acquisition to employee engagement and performance management.
This is a work-from-office role based in Andheri (E), Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across levels.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create aligned job descriptions.
- Design and implement a seamless, engaging onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate successfully.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as the point of contact for employee queries and foster a positive, open culture.
- Plan and execute initiatives that enhance employee engagement, well-being, and retention.
- Encourage an interactive and transparent workplace environment.
3. Performance Management
- Oversee performance appraisal systems ensuring feedback is timely and actionable.
- Identify training and development opportunities to elevate employee performance.
4. HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Manage payroll, benefits, and leave administration.
- Ensure adherence to employment, health, and safety standards.
5. Culture & Leadership Support
- Partner with leadership to strengthen company culture and align business goals with employee experiences.
- Introduce and drive HR best practices.
- Support the creation of a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Qualifications:
Education: MBA in HR from a reputed institute.
Experience:
- 5+ years in HR management, preferably in a fast-paced startup or consumer-driven environment.
- Proven experience across HR functions including talent acquisition, compliance, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong exposure to agile and evolving work environments.
