We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead and manage our General Administration and Operations functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of administrative services, ensuring operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Budget Planning & Cost Control: Develop and manage annual budgets for administrative functions and capital expenditures. Monitor and control expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to general affairs and administrative operations.
- Vendor Management: Oversee vendor relationships, performance monitoring, and contract negotiations to ensure quality service delivery and cost efficiency.
- Canteen Operations: Manage end-to-end employee canteen services, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, safety, and employee satisfaction.
- Transport Administration: Lead the employee transport function, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective fleet operations with zero delays.
- Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance and renovation of physical infrastructure, ensuring a safe and conducive work environment.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor administrative staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
- Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance organizational efficiency.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of administrative services, including food service and catering, with a focus on quality, safety, and compliance.
