Role Overview:

As the AGM - Finance Modelling, you will be at the forefront of developing and maintaining sophisticated financial models that drive strategic decision-making. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including business development, operations, and senior management, to provide insightful financial analysis and forecasts. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial strategy, enabling informed investment decisions, and ultimately contributing to sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast business performance, evaluate investment opportunities, and support strategic planning initiatives.

- Conduct in-depth trend analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement and inform business strategies.

- Prepare and present comprehensive MIS reports to senior management, providing clear and concise insights into financial performance and key business drivers.

- Collaborate with various departments to gather data, validate assumptions, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial models.

- Support the budgeting and forecasting process by developing detailed financial projections and variance analysis.

- Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions through rigorous financial modeling and due diligence.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial modeling and reporting activities.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain complex financial models using Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, macros, and data visualization techniques.

- Proven expertise in conducting trend analysis, forecasting, and variance analysis to identify key business drivers and opportunities.

- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and corporate finance concepts.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is required; a Master's degree or CFA certification is preferred.
