CTC : 25-30 LPA

We are looking for an AGM - Acounts & Finance professional to lead the accounting and financial governance function for a listed manufacturing organization.

Key Highlights of the Role:

- End-to-end ownership of accounting operations including AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Inventory & GST.

- Month/quarter/year-end closures with strong compliance to Ind AS, Companies Act and Securities and Exchange Board of India (LODR) requirements.

- Supervision of statutory, internal and tax audits.

- Strengthening financial controls, SOPs, and governance frameworks.

- Hands-on leadership of Accounts, AP, AR, FA and GST teams.

- SAP-driven finance environment.

Mandatory Criteria:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

- 6-10 years of post qualification experience.

- Must be currently working or have previous organization experience in a listed company.

- Must have exposure to a manufacturing setup.

- Strong working knowledge of SAP, GST, Ind AS and statutory compliance.
