AGM - Head Accounts

Location - Faridabad

We are hiring a Head - Accounts (AGM level) for a listed manufacturing organization based in Faridabad.

This is a senior leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for the accounting and financial governance function, reporting to the VP - Finance with a dotted line to the MD.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead monthly, quarterly & annual financial closures

- Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act & SEBI (LODR)

- Supervise AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Inventory & GST

- Manage statutory, internal & tax audits

- Strengthen financial controls, SOPs & governance

- Lead and develop the accounts & taxation teams

- Support Board-level and senior management reporting.

Mandatory requirements:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

- 8-12+ years(Post Qualification) of experience in manufacturing industry.

- Mandatory experience in a listed company (Either Previous or Current organization will only be considered)

- Strong exposure to SAP-driven accounting

- Hands-on, governance-oriented, and leadership mindset

Compensation - Upto 30 LPA.
