Assistant General Manager - Finance Head - Manufacturing/Retail - CA

Head of Finance / AGM Finance

Location - Ahmedabad

Education - Must be a CA

Industry Preference - Manufacturing / Retail - Minimum 200+ Cr Turnover

Job Responsibilities:

- Handling day-to-day accounts till the finalisation of accounts

- Managing daily funds and arranging Capex & working capital finance from banks

- Strong knowledge of Direct Tax Law, TDS, and coordinating with consultants for tax assessment & appellate matters

- Coordinating with stakeholders including banks, auditors, and other consultants

- Monitoring & controlling accounting software configuration to ensure accurate accounting, reporting & compliance requirements

- Coordinating ROC compliance (filing annual returns of companies and LLP) with auditors in a timely manner

- Managing vendor payments

- Liaising with statutory authorities including Income Tax, VAT & TDS departments

- Maintaining GST compliance including filing of monthly GST returns

- Ensuring TDS compliance and booking entries in Microsoft Navision for all expenses and fixed assets

- Maintaining banking relationships, including handling NEFT and RTGS transactions
