Assistant General Manager - Finance - FMCG/Real Estate - CA

We are looking Assistant General Manager - Finance to lead Accounts & Finance, budgeting, cash flow, compliance, and team management. Reporting to senior leadership,

Candidates should be CA qualified with 5-10 years' experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Financial Operations

- Oversee day-to-day financial and accounting operations including general ledger, AR/AP from group of companies.

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes efficiently

- Monitor cash flows, working capital, and fund utilization

2. Budgeting & Forecasting

- Drive the annual budgeting process in collaboration with departmental heads, Directors.

- Develop and monitor forecasts and long-term financial plans

- Provide variance analysis and insights to management for strategic decision-making

- Track performance against budgets and suggest corrective actions

3. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

- Conduct financial analysis to support key business initiatives and evaluate business performance

- Develop financial models and scenario planning for investment decisions, cost control, and growth opportunities

- Provide MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations to Senior leadership

4. Compliance & Governance

- Ensure compliance with statutory laws, tax regulations, and accounting standards (GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, etc.)

- Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits; ensure timely closure of audit queries.
