Assistant General Manager - Finance & Accounts - Real Estate - CA

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced CA to join a leading organization in Bangalore. This role is ideal for finance professionals with strong expertise in financial accounting, controllership, compliance, taxation, and MIS, who are looking to take ownership of end-to-end finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive financial accounting and ensure timely closure of books.

- Manage receivables, billing, collections, reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring.

- Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, statutory filings, and audits.

- Prepare monthly MIS, financial reports, and management dashboards.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, lender reporting, and debt covenant requirements.

- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, rating agencies, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

- Lead and mentor the finance team while driving process improvements.

Ideal Candidate:

- Chartered Accountant with 6+ years of post-qualification experience.

- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards/Ind AS and financial reporting.

- Experience in statutory audits, finalization of accounts, taxation, and compliance.

- Working knowledge of SAP is preferred.

- Prior experience in team management and stakeholder coordination.
