About the Client

A renowned Organization having overseas collaborations engaged in manufacturing of various sampling equipment used for TIC Industries is looking for immediate joiner to learn and grow with the Expansion of the organisation.

Role:

The role involves creating concepts and designs and engineering new systems/equipment. Designing the manufacturing processes and products with various criteria in mind, including cost-effectiveness, user experience and environmental standards and also need to analyze data from tests on prototypes and craft progress reports.

Position: HOD Design (Mechanical)

Designation: Senior Manager/AGM

Location: Kolkata, Travelling required (India & Abroad)

Salary: 18 TO 24 LPA - Negotiable for the right candidate.

Qualification: B. Tech / Diploma in Mech. Engineer with AutoCAD

Experience Matters: Minimum 10 - 15 years' Experience in Material Handling/manufacturing industries.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

1. Design new engineering products and processes

2. Craft models and drawings of products using CAD

3. Analyse prototype data and retest if needed

4. Research new product ideas and methods

5. Improve existing products and processes

6. Ensure compliance with the industry's safety standards

7. Maintain accurate records

8. Ensure products are user- and environment-friendly

9. Write detailed reports

10. Find creative design solutions to problems
