
- Drive HR strategy aligned with business goals and organizational growth
- Lead Organizational Development (OD) initiatives including structure design, capability building, and change management
- Design and strengthen Performance Management Systems (PMS) to drive a high-performance culture
- Partner with leadership on talent strategy, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Handle Industrial Relations (IR) across all plant locations.
- Ensure discipline management, domestic enquiries, and legal compliance.
- Drive HR support for sales and distribution workforce (frontline sales, channel roles, etc.)
- Manage high-volume hiring and attrition in FMCG/business roles
- Design incentive structures and variable pay plans for sales teams
- Strengthen field HR operations across regions and ensure alignment with business targets
- Build capability development programs for sales and operations teams
- Ensure strong employee engagement and retention strategies in a fast-paced FMCG environment
- Partner with business teams for expansion, new market entry, and workforce scaling
