Group M&A & Strategic Finance - AGM / DGM

Role Summary:

- Lead group-level M&A and strategic finance initiatives, including acquisitions, investments, transaction structuring, valuation, and fund raising. The role involves end-to-end deal execution and close interaction with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end M&A transactions (acquisitions, JVs, investments, divestments)

- Conduct financial evaluation, valuation, and due diligence of target assets

- Structure transactions and support deal negotiations & closure

- Drive strategic fund raising with banks, FIs, and investors

- Present proposals to senior management / Board committees

- Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors

Eligibility:

- CA with 6+ years of relevant experience or MBA (Finance) with 8+ years of relevant experience

- Strong exposure to M&A / Strategic Finance; manufacturing experience preferred
