A leading organization in the Steel & Mining sector is looking for a senior Finance Leader to drive financial strategy, governance, and operational finance management in a listed company environment.

Role: AGM / DGM / GM - Finance

Industry: Steel / Mining / Metals

Location: Konsari / Hedri at Gadchiroli, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial strategy, planning, and business partnering with leadership

2. Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across business units

3. Costing and profitability analysis for mining and plant operations

4. Project finance, Capex monitoring, and financial risk assessment

5. Financial reporting, controllership, and statutory compliance

6. Compliance with GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and SEBI regulations

7. Strengthening SAP finance systems and MIS reporting

8. Working capital and cash flow management

9. Leading finance teams across multiple functions.

Eligibility

- Qualification: CA / CMA (Mandatory)

- Experience: 15+ years post qualification

Preferred Background

- Steel / Mining / Metals / Infrastructure / Manufacturing sector

- Experience in listed company environment
