Job Summary:


- We are seeking an experienced AGM / Delivery Manager to join our fast-growing Telecom practice and take a major role into a managing key client projects.

- As a Jr AGM, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of key client projects, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.


- This role requires a strong background in delivering projects, especially those featuring a complex platform spanning multiple functional domains, functional telecom domain is a bonus across diverse clients.

- Coordinate and facilitate the planning, execution, and delivery of project across different clients within project milestones.

- Act as a bridge between the Onshore, client, PMO and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding of project goals and priorities.

- Monitor progress, track key metrics, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

- Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and a strong ability to maintain composure while meeting tight deadlines and handling challenging situations with efficiency and professionalism

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, promoting best practices throughout the delivery lifecycle.

- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous learning.

Job Requirements:

- Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering and/or GIS related subjects


- At least 15 + years of total experience across functional domains, with minimum of 5 years experience in managing the projects with the team size of 150 to 200.


Skills Required:

- Ability to maintain and analyze project efficiencies and undertake project level action plans to deliver to client milestones.

- Ability to interact with clients directly

- Ability to manage resources effectively.

- Ability to create Process flows, workflows and project values; and negotiate acceptance with Client, Onshore

- Comfortable dealing with rapidly changing work environment.

- Good experience with MS Project, Microsoft Excel, Visio, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.


- Strong negotiation/facilitation skills with an ability to gain consensus.

- Excellent written and presentation skills and strong decision-making skills.

- Ability to manage customer expectations throughout the project implementation and delivery process.

- Ability to work on teams in a lead and participative capacity with many different and diverse stakeholders.

- Formal knowledge of project management principles, processes, and tools.
