Assistant General Manager - Corporate Finance & Treasury - Steel Manufacturing - IIM/CA

Company: Listed steel manufacturing company.

Responsibilities:

- Experience in project finance, working capital sanction, CMA, proposal, and Legal documentation w. financing process.

- Excellent in Financial modeling.

- Ability to prepare financing roadmap / capital allocation strategy.

- Experience in dealing with the Rating agencies.

- Experience in Capex Controlling, Budgeting process and System development.

- Banking operation, Cash flow management, banking Compliances.

- Cash allocation, CMS, TRA / Account management.

- Experience of dealing in off balance sheet / structured financing.

Educational Qualification:

Experience:

- At least 12 years of Experience, primarily within a corporate treasury of a large corporate.

- Extensive experience in project financing, working on proposals, negotiating with PSUs/ Banks and helping close the documentation.

- Experience working with the major rating agencies for rating of loans.

- Capex controllership, budgeting process.
