1. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes

2. Develop long-term financial forecasts and budgets, aligning with overall business objectives.

3. Oversee all accounting operations, ensuring compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

4. Manage the company's accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.

5. Monitoring for foreign remittances and related compliances

6. Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability and liquidity.

7. Develop processes to Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including tax laws (Income Tax, GST, Customs, ROC) and reporting requirements.

8. Establish and monitor internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

9. Coordinate and oversee audits, liaising with external auditors and requlators as needed.

10. Build and lead a high-performing finance team, providing coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.

11. Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and financial institutions, effectively communicating the company's financial position and strategy.

12. Implement best practices in accounting and finance processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
