Assistant General Manager - Accounts - CA

Requirements:

- Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 10+ years of experience post qualification in similar role

- Experience in accounts finalization, financial reporting with SAP exposure.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation and compliance regulations.

- Expertise in SAP ERP modules related to finance and accounting.

- Excellent leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the financial reporting process, including preparation of balance sheets, profit & loss

statements and cash flow reports.

- Ensure SAP implementation and optimization for financial processes, leveraging its capabilities for efficiency and accuracy.

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.

- Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, ensuring alignment with organizational

goals.

- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and statutory requirements.

- Collaborate with the GM to provide financial insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

- Lead and mentor the accounts team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants and regulatory authorities.

- Drive cost optimization initiatives and financial risk management strategies.
