Assistant General Manager - Accounts & Finance - CA

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Management: Overseeing all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end/year-end close processes.

- Financial Reporting: Preparing and analyzing financial statements, reports, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.

- Budgeting and Forecasting: Developing and managing the company's budget, forecasting financial performance, and monitoring actual results against forecasts.

- Strategic Planning: Contributing to the development and implementation of the company's overall financial strategy and business plan.

- Fundraising and Financing: Managing relationships with financial institutions, arranging project financing, and negotiating loan terms.

- Tax and Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations, including income tax, service tax, and other statutory requirements.

- Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating financial risks, including those related to investments, development projects, and market fluctuations.

- Team Leadership: Managing and mentoring a team of accounting and finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

- External Relationships: Interacting with external auditors, tax advisors, and other third-party service providers.
