- Lead the strategic planning and execution of workforce management
- At least 10 years in Workforce management & Analytics
- Experience on Workforce planning, forecasting and scheduling
- Develop short-term and long-term capacity plans based on business objectives.
- Provide actionable insights to improve forecast accuracy and workforce efficiency.
- Maintain and utilize Workforce Management software
- Configure system modules to meet business needs, integrating scheduling, training, and automation
- Provide feedback to optimization teams to enhance workforce productivity and reduce inefficiencies
- Present data insights to senior leadership to support strategic decisions
- Formulate mathematical or simulation models to address workforce challenges, incorporating variables, constraints, alternatives, and conflicting objectives
- Define data requirements and gather relevant information, applying statistical tests and sound judgment to validate inputs
- Evaluate data quality and ensure integrity in decision-making processes
- Apply mathematical principles and statistical approaches to solve operational problems
- Hands on experience of analytical tools & languages like R, Power BI, Advance Excel SQL
