Essential: Masters in Electrical Engineering and Business

Work Experience: Minimum 20 years to Maximum 30 years

Experience Description:

- Minimum 15 years of Work experience in the field of execution of electrical project including civil construction or in electrical testing laboratory or in electrical industries.

- The experience shall be related to working as Project Manager / Chief Project Manager / Project Director in Electrical Turnkey Project involving Civil Construction and Purchase of Capital Equipment and Testing and evaluation of electrical products as per national & international standards.

- Knowledge of ERP / SAP

- Experience in laboratory quality management system accredited as per ISO 17025 - 2017.

- Knowledge Project Planning, Execution and Control including Knowledge of Microsoft Project

- Competency Covered= Project Management and Testing and evaluation of electrical products as per national & international standards

Objective of the position:

To Lead the Regional laboratories of North as Head of Division and to take forward the Regional laboratories as per vision plan. ( North - Gurugram lab, Jhajjar lab)

Key Responsibilities:

- Planning, Execution and Control of Setting up of new Electrical Laboratory project in Jhajjar, Haryana.

- Follow-up for purchase process with concern section and ensure execution of the projects as per schedule.

- Shifting of laboratory set-up from Gurgaon to Jhajjar and obtain new NABL 17025 accreditation at Jhajjar location.

- To plan, execute and monitor activities of Regional Laboratory division ( North) initially at Gurgaon and later at Jhajjar.

- To plan and arrange for resources (man-power and capital equipment) as per requirement.

- To implement / maintain quality system in the laboratories as per ISO 17025.

- To develop new areas of business as well as new test facilities as per business development plan.

- Reporting to Top Management about future plans, vision and status update

Key Result Areas - Identify important activities:

- Execution of Project within allotted budget and within 18 months.

- Shifting of laboratory set-up from Gurgaon to Jhajjar and obtain new NABL 17025 accreditation at Jhajjar location within 1 month.

- To achieve revenue of the Regional laboratory (North) as per target set every year.

- To achieve customer satisfaction as per goal set.

- To meet the requirements of capex & opex of North.

- To reduce the Turn-Around-Time for the report dispatch and improve productivity.
