Role :

- Spearheaded employee experience initiatives across the employee lifecycle, focusing on engagement, wellness, culture building, and employee satisfaction through programs, sessions, activities, and recognition initiatives.

- Designed and implemented employee engagement surveys, onboarding programs, communication strategies, and initiatives to strengthen organizational culture, belongingness, and employee well-being.

- Collaborated closely with HR teams, business leaders, and cross-functional departments to align employee experience strategies with organizational goals and workforce priorities.

- Managed employee relations by addressing grievances and conflicts constructively, while ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace environment.

- Led HR operations by developing and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks in line with labor laws and organizational requirements.

- Oversaw end-to-end employee lifecycle management, HRMS reporting, payroll coordination, vendor management, and compliance tracking to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.

- Monitored key HR metrics including employee engagement, satisfaction, turnover, payroll costs, and compliance status, providing insights and analysis for continuous improvement.

- Provided leadership, mentoring, and strategic direction to Employee Experience and HR Operations teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and high-performance culture
