- Manages large tech headcount (30005000)

- Works closely with senior business and technology leaders on org effectiveness and workforce strategy

- Supports the org through technology and AI-led transformation, including reskilling and capability building

- Drives business-linked people metrics like skill readiness, time-to-productivity, org health, workforce utilization and leadership pipeline (not just attrition)

- Brings strong business acumen to workforce planning, margin awareness and build vs buy decisions

- Addresses hiring challenges through skill-based planning, internal mobility and smarter talent mix

- Requires strong GCC experience and comfort working at scale with global stakeholders
