We're Hiring: Assistant Director EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) Business

Position: Assistant Director EPR Business

Location: Noida

Work Mode: Work From Office (5 Days)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead business development for EPR services across e-waste, battery waste, and non-ferrous metals.

- Build and manage relationships with Producers, Importers, Brand Owners (PIBOs), OEMs, and large corporate clients.

- Drive sales of EPR compliance solutions, EPR credits, and sustainability services.

- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue targets.

- Partner with internal Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Legal teams for successful project execution.

- Stay updated on EPR regulations, market trends, and industry developments.

- Lead and mentor the EPR business team while ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.

What We're Looking For:

- Strong experience in Business Development, EPR, Sustainability, Waste Management, or Recycling.

- Proven track record in B2B sales and key account management.

- Experience working with corporate clients, OEMs, and PIBOs.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
