Role Overview: We are looking for an Assistant Affiliate Manager to manage and grow our affiliate partnerships. The role will involve partner onboarding, campaign execution, lead-flow monitoring, tracking, funnel analysis, and campaign optimization. The ideal candidate should be analytical, execution-focused, and comfortable working with multiple partners and performance metrics. Key Responsibilities: - Onboard and manage affiliate partners, publishers, and performance marketing agencies. - Manage campaigns from setup and launch to optimization and scaling. - Monitor daily lead flow, lead quality, and partner performance. - Track and analyze the complete funnel: Lead SA Disbursal. - Monitor key metrics such as CPL, CAC, conversion rates, revenue, and disbursals. - Ensure proper campaign tracking through UTMs, Sub IDs, pixels, APIs, etc. - Identify funnel drop-offs and recommend actions to improve conversion. - Scale high-performing campaigns and optimize or pause underperforming campaigns. - Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS and performance reports. - Coordinate with Tech, MIS, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams. - Ensure affiliates follow agreed lead quality and payable criteria. Requirements: - 13 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Lead Generation. - Understanding of affiliate campaigns, lead funnels, and performance metrics. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and campaign reporting. - Familiarity with tracking tools, UTMs, pixels, and attribution. - Strong communication and partner-management skills. - Ability to manage multiple campaigns and partners. - Experience in FinTech/BFSI/Lending is a plus.
