Senior Specialist - Digital Marketing


Responsibilities:



- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings.



- Conduct detailed website audits using advanced tools to identify and fix crawl errors, optimize crawl budgets, and address GSC errors.



- Optimize Core Web Vitals, including LCP (<2.5s), FID (<100ms), and CLS (<0.1), using tools like Lighthouse and GtMetrix.



- Perform mobile-first optimization by validating mobile usability and ensuring parity between desktop and mobile versions.



- Add and validate structured data (JSON-LD) for rich snippets and Knowledge Panels.



- Update and optimize robots.txt files and dynamic XML sitemaps for large websites.



- Monitor SSL certificates, fix mixed content issues, and resolve redirect chains for HTTPS security.



- Implement and validate hreflang for multilingual websites for International SEO.



- Audit JavaScript rendering issues and implement pre-rendering or dynamic rendering for JS-heavy websites.



- Identify and fix duplicate content issues using canonical tags and pagination attributes.



- Automate SEO tasks using Python or APIs and create dashboards for bulk data monitoring.



- Manage indexation effectively using meta tags like 'noindex' to resolve index bloat.



- Optimize server TTFB and database query delays while ensuring regular W3C validation checks.



- Build advanced GA4 tracking and cross-platform reports in Looker Studio for performance analytics.



- Monitor and grow the companys social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.



- Develop engaging content strategies and collaborate with teams to create SEO-friendly blogs and case studies.



- Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads with optimized ad copy and targeting.



- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, conduct competitor benchmarking, and refine strategies accordingly.



- Work closely with the sales and design teams to align efforts and contribute to A/B testing and CRO.



- Track KPIs and prepare detailed monthly SEO and performance reports.


Essential Requirements:

- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in SEO, SMO, and performance-based marketing.

- Strong portfolio of successful campaigns and projects.

- Proficient in digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and social media platforms.

- Expertise in Qualified MQL generation with different initiatives e. Email Marketing, Manage Lead Magnets, Quality Content Placements etc.

- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.


- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
