Business Development Specialist
Responsibilities:
- He/She should generate qualified leads & meetings for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Cold call, email, LinkedIn, networking as appropriate within the international market or targeted geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
- Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization.
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Set up meetings between client decision-makers and companys practice leaders/Principals.
- Plan approaches and pitches.
- Work with a team to develop proposals that speak to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Need to maintain all the activities in CRM and update the reports to reporting manager as per weekly, monthly and quarterly.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
- Use a variety of styles to generate qualified leads and increase the conversion ratio.
- Responsible for Target Vs Achievement quota as per define from management
- Proven sales track record in IT services or related industry.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly growing business environment.
- Customer focused approach and ability to learn and adapt to needs and changes quickly
