- Ascendion is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive client engagement, revenue growth, and strategic account development across key enterprise customers.

- The role requires a strong blend of relationship management, business development, and delivery coordination to ensure long-term client success and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and manage strategic client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.

- Drive revenue growth within existing accounts through account mining, cross-selling, and upselling of services.

- Collaborate with delivery, sales, and leadership teams to ensure successful execution of client engagements.

- Identify new business opportunities within accounts and develop account growth strategies and roadmaps.

- Build strong C-level and senior stakeholder relationships to understand client priorities and align solutions accordingly.

- Monitor account performance metrics, including revenue targets, client satisfaction, and delivery quality.

- Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and commercial discussions with clients.

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and high customer satisfaction.

- Prepare and present business reviews, account plans, and strategic growth initiatives to leadership and clients.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to position services effectively.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10-12 years of experience in Account Management, Client Engagement, or Business Development within the IT services / consulting industry.

- Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and driving revenue growth.

- Strong experience in stakeholder management and strategic account planning.

- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, delivery, and leadership teams.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

- Experience managing P&L, account expansion, and contract renewals is highly preferred.

- MBA from a reputed institute is preferred but not mandatory.
