Artsana Group - Chief Financial Officer

ROLE PURPOSE :

The role is responsible for leading the Artsana India's financial strategy, planning, governance, and operational finance. The role ensures financial stability, drives business growth, manages risk, and provides strategic insights to support decision-making. The role oversees all finance, accounting, taxation, treasury, compliance, budgeting, financial reporting etc. while partnering with business leaders to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Partner with the CEO and leadership team on strategic planning, expansion, acquisitions, and investments.

- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support key business decisions.

- Drive long-term value creation and sustainable profitability.

- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.

- Monitor business performance through MIS and financial dashboards.

- Analyze profitability by business unit, product, customer, and channel.

- Recommend initiatives to improve margins, cash flow, and return on investment.

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.

- Present financial performance and business insights to the Board and senior management.

- Ensure robust accounting practices and internal financial controls.

- Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and inventory accounting.

- Strengthen governance, financial policies, and standard operating procedures.

- Drive process automation and continuous improvement.

- Manage cash flow, liquidity, banking relationships, and treasury operations.

- Optimize working capital through efficient management of receivables, payables, and inventory.

- Lead debt management and capital structure optimization.

- Ensure availability of funds for business operations and expansion.

- Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations.

- Oversee GST, Income Tax, TDS, transfer pricing, and statutory filings.

- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

- Ensure timely completion of statutory, tax, internal, and cost audits.

- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.

- Foster a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement.

- Lead digital transformation and finance automation initiatives.
