Key Responsibilities:
- Develop annual marketing plans & budgets for brands
- Design and execute marketing strategies to drive market share & customer engagement
- Track brand performance vs. targets and analyze market trends
- Enable the sales team with training, promotional tools & scientific content
- Build strong relationships with KOLs, medical professionals & key accounts
- Identify innovative customer engagement opportunities
- Participate in CMEs, conferences and other scientific events
- Coach and develop the sales team for stronger market presence
Qualification:
MBA - Marketing
