Aristo Pharma - Account Head

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for preparation of financial statement as per IND AS

- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and inventory

- Ensure timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing in SAP

- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS, and management reports

- Ensure compliance with IND AS, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements

- Handle statutory, internal, and tax audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations

- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and budgetary controls

- Establish and maintain strong internal controls and SOPs within SAP environment

- Coordinate with SAP/IT teams and consultants for system enhancements, issue resolution, and process improvements

- Ensure data accuracy, reconciliation, and control within SAP

- Lead, mentor, and manage the accounts team

SAP Responsibilities:

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO module

- Manage SAP-based accounting, reporting, and reconciliations

- Support SAP implementation,data migration.

- Ensure proper usage of SAP and compliance with system controls

Qualifications & Experience:

- 10-15+ years of experience in accounting and finance

- Hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO

- Strong exposure to statutory compliance and audits
