Role Overview :
As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and managing a network of retailers and distributors within the assigned territory. You will play a key role in guiding the field team, analyzing market trends, and implementing strategic sales plans to support the companys vision of building a healthier tomorrow.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and grow sales across the assigned region to meet monthly and quarterly targets. Develop and strengthen relationships with retailers, distributors, and key channel partners.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the field sales team to ensure high performance.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, demand patterns, and territory potential.
- Ensure effective product visibility, availability, and compliance with company guidelines.
- Prepare sales reports, performance trackers, and market insights for management review.
