Sales Achievement:
- Deliver monthly/quarterly/annual sales, revenue, and distribution targets.
- Expand numeric and weighted distribution across outlets.
Team & Distributor Management:
- Handle, coach, and motivate TSEs, TSOs & ASEs, and distributor teams.
- Ensure distributor ROI, claim settlement, and inventory hygiene.
Market Execution:
- Implement visibility & initiatives as per company guidelines.
- Drive new outlet addition and range selling to strengthen market penetration.
- Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics, sharing insights with the RSM.
Process & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing, and trade schemes.
- Drive adoption of sales reporting systems, trackers, and compliance processes.
