Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth and manage general trade operations in the assigned territory. The role involves leading distribution, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales performance and achieve territory targets

- Manage and expand distributor and retailer network

- Ensure effective execution of sales strategies in general trade

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities

- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team

- Ensure timely reporting and stock management

Requirements:

- MBA (preferred from a reputed B-school)

- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager

- Strong understanding of general trade channel

- Proven track record in sales and team handling

- Good communication and leadership skills
