Ardee Industries - Head - Investor Relations & Corporate Finance

Key Responsibilities:

Investor Relations:

- Develop and execute the company's investor relations strategy

- Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and fund managers

- Prepare investor presentations, earnings decks, and shareholder communication materials

- Coordinate investor roadshows, conferences, and analyst calls

- Ensure consistent and transparent communication of the company's strategy, financial performance, and ESG initiatives

Treasury & Capital Markets:

- Manage corporate treasury operations including liquidity planning and cash management

- Oversee FX exposure and hedging strategies

- Optimize working capital and financing structures

- Support capital raising initiatives including debt financing, QIP, private placements, or IPO readiness

Strategic Finance:

- Work closely with management on long-term financial planning and capital allocation decisions

- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic insights for business growth

- Benchmark financial and operational performance against industry peers

M&A and Growth Initiatives:

- Evaluate acquisition opportunities and strategic investments

- Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence

- Support deal execution and post-acquisition integration planning
