Role Mandate:

Act as the CEOs execution engine - translating strategy into disciplined delivery across Distribution, Product, Engineering, Clinical Excellence, Care Continuum, and Operations.

You will drive cross-functional alignment, program governance, analytics rigor, financial hygiene, and decision cadence to ensure preventive health strategy converts into measurable outcomes at national scale.

What You Will Own:

- Strategy translation into executable quarterly and annual roadmaps

- Cross-functional program governance across VPs and GMs

- PMO structure, milestone tracking, and execution discipline

- Leadership dashboards, analytics clarity, and KPI visibility

- Financial hygiene: forecasting, tracking, variance management

- Decision frameworks and turnaround cadence

- Board and leadership readiness materials

You will operate horizontally across all verticals, ensuring alignment without owning any single function.

Key KPIs:

- % of strategic initiatives delivered on time

- Cross-team dependency resolution speed

- Decision turnaround time

- Forecast accuracy and variance control

- Budget adherence

- Board and leadership readiness quality

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- High-trust operator with 4-12 years in strategy + execution roles

- Background in consulting, tech, healthcare, or large-scale transformations

- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

- Comfortable influencing senior leaders without formal authority

- Structured thinker who brings clarity to ambiguity

- Able to enforce discipline while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
