Role Overview:
As an Associate Director - Talent & Rewards Consulting, you will be responsible for leading and delivering complex talent and rewards projects for Aon's clients across various industries.
This role involves working closely partnering with clients to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that align with their business strategies. You will play a crucial role in managing project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and fostering strong client relationships. The impact of this role is significant, as you will directly contribute to improving client's organizational performance through effective talent management and competitive rewards programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of talent management strategies, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development programs for clients.
- Manage end-to-end compensation projects, including job evaluation, salary benchmarking, incentive plan design, and executive compensation reviews, ensuring alignment with market practices and client objectives.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client's current talent and rewards programs, identifying areas for improvement and developing recommendations for optimization.
- Develop and deliver presentations and reports to clients, effectively communicating project findings, recommendations, and implementation plans.
- Manage project teams, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure project success and team development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on talent and rewards matters.
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and participating in client presentations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent and rewards, sharing knowledge and insights with colleagues and clients.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement comprehensive compensation & benefits and rewards strategy that drive business results.
- Proven expertise in conducting job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and incentive plan design, utilizing market data and best practices.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
- A master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused consulting environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
