Role Description:


- This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thane for an experienced HRIS/HRMS Manager.


- The HRIS/HRMS Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's HRIS systems, streamlining business processes, analyzing data to support informed decisions, and overseeing employee benefits administration.


- Additionally, the role involves leading HRIS-related projects, optimizing resources, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

- Experience with HRIS systems and knowledge of Human Resources processes.

- Strong analytical skills for evaluating data and implementing efficient business processes.

- Proficiency in managing employee benefits programs and ensuring their effective delivery.

- Project management experience, including the ability to oversee HRIS implementations and updates.

- Proven problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset to align systems with organizational goals.

- Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in HRIS/HRMS management roles.

- Bachelors/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills with attention to detail.
