
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Associate Client Partner (ACP) to manage a wide range of programs. The ACP is a part of the Client Success team at ANSR which is responsible for overall relationship management, service delivery and growth of the account at ANSR.
You will be responsible for the delivery and overall success of the GCC and will work with senior stakeholders from the client organization.
The goal is to ensure every program will be delivered successfully and add the highest possible value to the organization.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and addressing business needs, concerns, and service expectations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client partnerships to support account growth and client satisfaction.
- Lead and oversee country-level operations, including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partner teams and other teams from ANSR supporting the client engagement.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, including workspace providers and recruitment agencies, ensuring effective service delivery and governance.
- Coordinate with local agencies and internal corporate teams to ensure seamless operational support and alignment with organisational standards.
- Drive culture assimilation and organisational integration within the client's Global Capability Centre environment.
- Provide leadership and operational oversight of the centre, ensuring service delivery, operational efficiency, and engagement outcomes.
- Monitor and ensure client satisfaction metrics, service level agreements (SLAs), and engagement KPIs are consistently achieved or exceeded.
- Act as a liaison between client stakeholders and internal leadership to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.
- Develop customized solutions and account strategies aligned with client requirements and revenue targets.
- Identify business growth opportunities within existing accounts and support the development of proposals and presentations.
- Assess potential business risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect service quality and client relationships.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery, promptly addressing client queries and resolving issues to maintain strong client trust and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Client Partner.
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
- Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics.
- A business acumen with a strategic ability.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- MBA or equivalent with 10 years of experience.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Professional service delivery experience in a multi-national organization.
- Conceptual knowledge of modern enterprise technology.
- Understanding of CSAT/NPS frameworks.
- Hands-on with Microsoft Office and tools.
