Location: Powai, Mumbai

Experience: 2-4 years

We are seeking an Analyst to support the global Cost Management & Analytics (CMA) function, focused on Spend Analytics, investment spend tracking, financial reporting, budgeting, and analytics across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track investment spend portfolios across business and corporate divisions.

- Coordinate with global stakeholders, Project Managers, and CAOs to ensure timely and accurate cost bookings.

- Perform deep dives on corporate investment spend to deliver actionable insights for senior leadership.

- Support annual budgeting cycles.

- Build and enhance reports using modern tools (Power BI, Alteryx).

- Re-engineer existing processes and elevate reporting efficiency.

- Assist in ad-hoc analysis, presentations, and MIS requests.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong Accounting and Analytical skills

- Prior experience in investment spend cost management and tracking

- Strong MS Excel and VBA skills

- Working knowledge of Power BI or Alteryx

Preferred Skills:

- Understanding of cost analytics

- Exposure to the financial services industry

- Basic knowledge of investment banking products

- Ability to drive process improvements and interpret financial data effectively

Qualifications: Graduate / Postgraduate / MBA / CA
