Experience:

- Analyst: 1 to 2 years

- Senior Analyst: 2 to 4 years

We are hiring for the Regulatory Reporting Operations team. This role is critical to ensuring accurate and timely trade and transaction reporting across global regulatory regimes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform end-to-end Trade & Transaction Reporting across global regulations

- Ensure timely and accurate submissions to regulatory authorities and trade repositories

- Conduct reconciliations between internal systems and regulatory submissions

- Manage exceptions, breaks, and remediation related to regulatory reporting

- Liaise with internal stakeholders including Middle Office, Compliance, Technology, and Trade Support

- Support regulatory audits, controls, and ongoing regulatory change initiatives

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

- Hands-on experience in Transaction Reporting and Trade Reporting

- Strong working knowledge of one or more of the following regulations: CFTC, MiFID II, EMIR, FCA, MAS, HKMA, SFTR

- Experience with OTC and/or ETD derivatives

- Reconciliation of trades between internal systems and trade repositories

- Familiarity with regulatory submissions, acknowledgements, and exception management

- Exposure to Trade Repositories such as DTCC / GTR / SDR is highly preferred

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline

- Postgraduate qualification or professional certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
