Analyst/Senior Analyst - HR Operations - BFSI

Key Responsibilities

- Workday Employee Data Management: Process hires, exits, transfers, and other employee data changes in Workday, ensuring accuracy and timely execution of transactions.

- Position Management and Reporting: Support position creation and maintenance in Workday and Greenhouse; ensure position data is accurate, complete, and aligned with reporting needs.

- Onboarding and Offboarding Support: Guide new joinersthrough pre-hire and onboarding processes, and assist leavers as they exit the firm, ensuring a smooth transition.

- Background Checks and Follow-ups: Conduct background checks for new hires and recertifications; follow up on discrepancies and ensure timely resolution of outstanding items.

- Document Collection and Verification: Collect and verify work authorization, visa-related documents, and other necessary paperwork upon the employee's first day.

- Onboarding Coordination: Guide new hires through onboarding workflows in Workday; act as a key point of contact to ensure a seamless and positive experience.

- Employee Assistance: Provide support to employees regarding personal data updates, general Human Capital queries, and policy/process clarification.

- Subject Matter Expertise: Become a subject matter expert (APAC focus) in all Human Capital Operations activities and business processes, providing guidance and support to Human Capital team and employees.

- Process Improvement: Assist in documenting and mapping Human Capital processes; partner with the HRIS Systems team to identify and implement enhancements for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

- Reporting and Analysis: Help run reports, analyze operational metrics, and communicate insights to support decision-making.

- System Testing and Validation: Participate in user testing and validation of HRIS system changes and enhancements, particularly those relevant to APAC processes.

- Compliance: Ensure all Human Capital Operations comply with relevant labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal policies across jurisdictions

- Global Collaboration: Partner with Human Capital colleagues across regions to share best practices, support global initiatives, and drive consistency in processes and service delivery.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a Human Capital Operations role, preferably within a financial services or professional services environment.

- Proficient in MS Office, with strong command of Excel (including Pivot Tables), PowerPoint, and Outlook.

- Solid understanding of Human Capital processes, policies, labor regulations and compliance requirements across the APAC region; experience supporting regional and/or global Human Capital Operations is a strong advantage.

- Hands-on experience with Human Capital systems, particularly Workday, Greenhouse ATS, Sterling and ServiceNow is strongly preferred.

- Demonstrated experience in process transformation is an advantage, including identifying inefficiencies, driving improvements, and supporting the implementation of scalable solutions

- Proven organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced, global environment.
