Analyst/Senior Analyst - Finance Control & Oversight

Qualification: CA / CFA Level 1 / MBA Finance (ONLY Tier 1 Institutes)

NOTE: Balance sheet reconciliation experience mandatory for Senior Analyst position-

We are looking for an Analyst / Senior Analyst's talent for the Finance Control & Oversight team. This is a high-visibility, governance-focused role supporting global markets & investment banking finance functions.

What Youll Do:

- Perform independent Quality Assurance (QA) checks over Balance Sheet & Financial Controls

- Review Balance Sheet Account Verification, intercompany breaks, ageing & open items

- Conduct control testing (RCSA, SOX/IFC style) and assess control effectiveness

- Perform EUC (End User Computing) testing, access reviews & documentation validation

- Support QA on regulatory reporting adjustments

- Investigate control issues, escalate exceptions & track remediation

- Work with global stakeholders across Finance, Product Control, Risk & Audit

- Contribute to process improvement, standardization & automation initiatives

Mandatory Skills (Must-Have):

- Balance sheet reconciliation experience mandatory for Senior Analyst position

- Strong understanding of financial accounting

- Experience in Balance Sheet Reconciliations / GL controls

- Exposure to RCSA / control testing / internal controls

- Strong documentation, analytical & report-writing abilities

- Strong VBA Excel experience

Good-to-Have Skills:

- Experience in Investment Banking / Big 4 / Captive Banking

- Exposure to EUCs, access management or regulatory control checks

- Knowledge of Tableau / Power BI / Automation tools
