Hiring: Analyst / Senior Analyst / Assistant Manager - Operations: Business Intelligence & Reporting (SABRE - BIS)

Location: Powai, Mumbai

We are seeking talented professionals to join the Operations - Business Intelligence Services (BIS) team within the Strategic, Analytics & Business Re-engineering (SABRE) division. This team plays a critical role in delivering enterprise-wide reporting, analytics and management information for senior leadership across Operations, Global Markets, Compliance and Investment Banking.

Experience Requirements:

Analyst: 0-2 years

Senior Analyst: 2-4 years

Assistant Manager (AM): 5-7 years

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop, enhance and maintain critical MI and reporting solutions for Front Office and/or Operations

-Manage issue tracking, problem resolution and root-cause analysis

-Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, senior managers and traders

-Leverage SAP Business Objects and other reporting tools to build robust reporting environments

-Troubleshoot technical challenges and contribute to continuous process improvement

Mandatory Skills (Role Dependent):

Domain Skills:

- Experience in Financial Services

- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities

- Exposure to management information (MI) and reporting functions

Technical Skills:

- SAP Business Objects (BO) - hands-on report development experience

- Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint

- Strong analytical and technical problem-solving mindset

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Power BI, Python, Design Studio, Lumira or similar BI tools

- Experience in dashboard design and automated reporting

- Understanding of business processes and financial products

Educational Qualification:

- Graduate Degree (Any Discipline) - Required
