Are you someone who loves turning data into powerful business insights? Do you enjoy working closely with sales leaders and influencing strategy through analytics? If yes - this role is for you.

Were looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join a high-performing Sales Operations team and help shape sales strategy through data-driven insights, forecasting, and performance analytics.

What Youll Do

- Partner with global commercial and sales leaders to support sales strategy, opportunity sizing, and KPI tracking

- Own forecasting, pipeline analysis, performance metrics, compensation insights, and QBR reporting

- Build and automate dashboards, reports, and analytical models to support decision-making

- Translate large, complex datasets into clear, actionable insights

- Support process design and operational improvements for a fast-growing sales organization

- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership

What Were Looking For

- 1+ year experience in Sales Operations / Sales Finance / FP&A at a technology company

- Strong hands-on experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite

- Ability to extract and analyze data from Tableau / Sigma

- Experience building reports and dashboards in Salesforce (Outreach is a plus)

- Excellent stakeholder communication skills and attention to detail

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, global environment

- Willingness to collaborate across regions and travel when required
