Analyst - CRM Operations

Experience in DEALCLOUD CRM is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with deal teams and COOs to maintain accurate, clean, and up-to-date deal pipelines.

- Create and maintain deals in DealCloud, ensuring all required fields and pipeline attributes are properly captured.

- Coordinate with COOs and deal teams to gather updates on deal stage, status, timing, ownership, and key details.

- Manage tags and critical data points to ensure seamless flow of information into reporting views and pipelines.

- Support operational deal administration activities, including NDA tracking, BV submissions, and related processes.

- Conduct regular pipeline hygiene reviews to identify stale deals and coordinate closure or archival where necessary.

- Monitor NDA submissions and inbox workflows to ensure execution dates and milestones are accurately tracked within the CRM.

- Collaborate with business and technology teams to align entities with appropriate data sources, including Data Cortex, for improved data consistency.

- Execute entity deduplication initiatives and enhance entity records with accurate metadata, classifications, identifiers, and relationships.

- Standardize and cleanse contact names and titles while ensuring linkage to Intapp data for stronger data integrity across systems.

- Perform cancelled meeting clean-up activities to maintain high-quality relationship and interaction data.

- Conduct restricted keyword clean-up to ensure compliance with internal standards and accurate activity classification.

- Support deal teams and business users in tagging interaction and email data points, including notes, to improve reporting, searchability, and relationship visibility.

Requirements:

- 2-6 years of experience in CRM administration, pipeline management, data operations, or business operations support.

- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as DealCloud, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.

- Strong understanding of deal lifecycle management, pipeline tracking, and reporting processes.

- Experience with data cleansing, entity management, deduplication, and metadata maintenance.

- Familiarity with platforms such as Intapp, Data Cortex, or relationship intelligence tools is preferred.
