Analyst - Corporate Advisory/Financial Planning & Analysis

We're looking for a high-performing Analyst to join our Corporate Advisory (Finance Analytics)

Location: Powai, Mumbai.

Experience: 1-2 years

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on financial analysis, cost control, and management reporting within a global investment banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support global finance teams on month-end close, cost allocations, and management reporting.

- Conduct variance analysis, provide insights on revenues, expenses & financial performance.

- Build management decks, dashboards, and commentaries for senior stakeholders.

- Drive process improvements, ensure accuracy in reporting, and support budgeting & forecasting activities.

- Collaborate with cross-regional teams (US, EMEA, Japan, Asia-Ex).

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong MS Excel & PowerPoint skills.

- Financial analysis, MIS reporting, cost analytics, and variance analysis expertise.

- Basic accounting knowledge and ability to work under pressure.

- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.

- Exposure to financial services or investment banking environments.

Good to Have:

- Knowledge of Essbase, Power BI, or SQL is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

- CA / MBA (Finance) / Postgraduate in Finance or Accounting

- 1-2 years of experience in FP&A / Financial Reporting / Corporate Finance / Cost Analytics
