Location: Powai, Mumbai

Experience Required: 1- 3 years into Investment Banking / IB Analytics / Corporate Finance / KPOs supporting global IB teams

We're hiring a dynamic Analyst / Associate to join our Investment Banking Support team based in Powai, Mumbai. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with global deal teams, driving excellence in analytics, financial modelling, and process management for high- impact investment banking projects.

About the Role:

You'll play a key part in supporting global Investment Banking teams with:

- Financial modelling, valuation, pitchbook preparation, and deal execution support

- Analyse staffing, training, and performance management

- Cross- functional coordination with Compliance, Finance, and Risk teams

- Driving process improvement and automation initiatives

What We're Looking For:

- Experience: 1- 4 years in Investment Banking / IB Analytics / Corporate Finance / KPOs supporting global IB teams

- Education: Postgraduate degree (MBA / Finance / Economics / related discipline preferred)

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong Financial Modelling & Valuation experience

- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills

- Hands- on with Bloomberg, Dealogic, Capital IQ, or Refinitiv

- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills

- Experience in analyst training or team coordination is a plus
