We're looking for sharp, analytical and highly organized professionals to join the Equity Sales Business Management team within Global Markets. This is a high-visibility role working closely with Sales leadership across the AEJ region.

Responsibilities:

- Support AEJ Equity Sales with business management, analytics & reporting

- Drive sales performance metrics, revenue dashboards, wallet analysis & client insights

- Manage pipeline reporting, coverage models, sales governance, target tracking

- Coordinate across Sales, Trading, Research, COO & global GM teams

- Prepare business reviews, management decks, scorecards & strategic updates

- Lead process improvement, automation initiatives & discipline in Sales execution

Mandatory Skills (Must-Have):

- Strong understanding of Global Markets (preferably Equities)

- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint (data analytics, MIS, dashboards)

- Experience in Sales MIS / business management / COO / strategy / PMO

- Ability to handle senior stakeholders, tight timelines & cross-functional coordination

- Strong business writing, communication & problem-solving skills

Preferred Educational Background:

- Bachelors or Masters in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business, or related fields

- MBA / CA / CFA or progress toward these is a plus (not mandatory)
