Global Markets - Business Management (Analyst / A.M)

Location: Powai, Mumbai

About the Role:

We are hiring a dynamic professional to join the Global Markets Business Management team (AEJ Sales CAO), supporting strategic initiatives across Sales, Trading, Structuring, and Research. The role offers exposure to Equities and Fixed Income markets and involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders across regional teams in Singapore and Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive strategic business initiatives with Sales/Product Desk Heads using data-backed insights.

- Analyze business performance, identify opportunities, and support client strategy and revenue growth.

- Prepare management reports and presentations for senior leadership and regional reviews.

- Manage annual budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong understanding of Capital Markets products and asset classes - Fixed Income, Equities, Forex, and Derivatives.

- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights.

-Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal communication.

- Solid experience in project management, business reporting, and performance tracking.

Preferred / Desirable:

- Experience in strategy or business management roles within Global Markets.

- Exposure to Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau).

- Prior involvement in cross-functional strategic projects.

Experience:

- 2 - 6 years of relevant experience in Business Management, Strategy, or Global Markets roles.

Educational Qualifications:

- MBA from a Tier-1 B-School or a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics from a reputed university.
