Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Anesthesiologist to deliver safe and effective anesthesia care for surgical, emergency, and critical care procedures.

The role involves end-to-end management of anesthesia services, ensuring patient safety before, during, and after procedures, while working collaboratively with surgical, OT, and ICU teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia assessments and optimize patients for surgical and diagnostic procedures.

- Administer general, regional, spinal, epidural, and local anesthesia as clinically indicated.

- Continuously monitor patients vital parameters during surgical procedures and respond to any intraoperative complications.

- Manage post-anesthesia care and recovery, ensuring patient stabilization and comfort.

- Provide acute and chronic pain management services as required.

- Support critical care services, including emergency airway management and ventilatory support when needed.

- Coordinate closely with surgeons, operation theatre staff, nurses, and ICU teams to ensure seamless patient care.

- Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to hospital protocols, safety standards, and ethical medical practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

- MD / DNB in Anesthesiology from a recognized medical institution.

- Valid medical registration with the appropriate medical council.

- Relevant experience in a multispecialty or tertiary-care hospital setup is preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong clinical and decision-making skills in anesthesia and critical care.

- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure emergency and OT environments.

- Excellent teamwork, communication, and coordination skills.

- Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and ethical practice
