- Market Expansion: Drive new business development and client acquisition across the Middle East and Europe, achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- End-to-End Sales Ownership: Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation, prospecting, and qualification to proposal presentation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Client Account Management: Build, nurture, and retain strong client relationships through regular engagement, ensuring ongoing satisfaction, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
- Consultative Selling: Understand customer pain points, position AmpleLogics solutions effectively, and deliver tailored demonstrations and proposals aligned with client needs.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 23 sales representatives, providing guidance, motivation, and performance feedback to help achieve both individual and team sales objectives.
- Regional Strategy: Identify emerging market trends, competitive dynamics, and partnership opportunities specific to the GCC and European regions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and lead-generation teams to align go-to market strategies and drive regional growth.
- Client Success: Partner with internal delivery and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding, implementation, and post-sale satisfaction for all clients.
